History

It was in 1971 that Merit Kitchens was founded in Vancouver, Canada by cabinetry craftsmen providing Western Canada with high quality cabinetry.  The company has long since grown into a world-class supplier of beautiful kitchens representing superior value.

Today, Merit Kitchens cabinetry can be found in homes from Barbados, New York, Boston, Toronto, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Vancouver to Tokyo, Kobe, Nagoya, Hokkaido and Sapporo. Merit Kitchens has a complete range of well designed products with more than 60 door styles in several wood species, laminates, and paint.  Finishes are hand-rubbed to duplicate an Old World patina or to gleam in the New Age light!  Our skilled and experienced craftsmen use only the best North American raw materials and European hardware.  The consistently high quality is backed by a lifetime warranty on the cabinetry and the hardware.
