We primarily complete millwork /cabinet packages for some of the most luxurious estate homes and custom furniture built to suit any decor. The Process

Design: Radius Architectural can either provide quotation based on existing design drawings or develop fresh new ideas to suit our clients’ needs. During the “Design Phase” we provide design consultation through industry-specific CAD software with the ability to provide 3D renderings with texture. With our experience, training and passion for architecture, we provide clients with a specialized service in millwork/cabinetry design.

Planning: Once a budget/price is established, projects will continue on to the “Planning Phase”. In this phase, projects are engineered for building with CAD shop drawings, and site conditions are verified for integration with the new and approved design.

Production: This is where our craftsmanship takes over. Journeymen and master joiners work in unison to complete the production stage of projects, ensuring that all elements of the design are met with great quality and success. Near the end of the “Production Phase,” we complete a complete mock-up of the project.

Mock-up: This “Mock-up Stage”, is unique to the Radius process. It offers an opportunity for the clients to visit the shop and see their project in full function and real proportions. We consider this stage to be one of the most important stages in the process as it allows the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate fit, finish, integration of appliances and design. Samples will be created for client approval prior to the “Finishing Phase.”

Finishing: Once the “Mock-up Phase” is complete, the project enters the “Finishing Phase.” In this phase, product will go through a thorough preparation for stain, lacquer, or paint. Finishing is a complex science and varies greatly from different manufacturer. Our finishing department only uses the highest quality tooling and materials in order to achieve results that truly separate us from our competitors.

Installation: The final phase of all projects is the “Installation Phase”. During this stage, projects are shipped and installed into their new environments. All installations are done with our in-house staff to ensure consistent quality and timeline are met on an ongoing basis. A quality check will always be completed to ensure that standards are met on a consistent basis.
