DESIGNED & INSPIRED BY LYNDA REEVES: Lynda Reeves is best known as the founder of House & Home magazine and host of H&H Television, and for her work as a designer, spanning more than 35 years in residential design.

A journalist, spokesperson and frequent guest expert on the subject of design and decorating, Lynda continues to inspire us with her global views on how we live today, and admits that the kitchen has always been her favourite room to design.

This collaboration with Merit Kitchens is a welcome chance to share her newest colour choices.

Merit Kitchens was founded in 1971 by fine craftsmen in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. They provided Western Canada with high-quality made to order cabinets.

An Homage to Our Roots: This plank style cabinet is a modern take on the 1970’s country kitchen, taking us back to MERIT’s beginnings. The plank or v-groove design has wound through centuries and across the globe a few times over. It speaks to history and continues to blend into many contemporary styles.
