In Home Consultation

It all starts with a free initial site visit to assess your renovation or new build construction requirements. During our consultation we will go through your wishes – both needs and wants – and note any space limitations or special requirements that will need to be address in the planning stage. We may also take measurements at that time.

Planning and Reviewing

Shelly creates your drawings. The first plan with full quote will be sent out for your review. This will include everything we have identified as a need, and maybe some wants, including cabinetry, handles, backsplash, counters and more. The quote will also include the installation charges.

Project Management

Toma gives their full attention to each project and helps to manage all steps from demolition to finishing touches.

Peace of Mind Completion

We conduct daily check-ins when required and regular on-site visits to ensure progress is smooth during the installation of materials and supplies. This is included in our management scope, and our commitment to communication is immediate in an effort to help mitigate or resolve issues, even before they are actually issues.

Building Long Lasting Relationships

Once the job is complete, we will leave you to enjoy the fruits of your labour. But we will always be a phone call away. Should any concerns come up after project completion, we offer assistance with maintenance questions, or warranty matters whenever needed.

So even though your renovation or new construction build project may have completed, you still have our support for years after your investment has been realized.
